Magellan has agreed to participate in the redevelopment of the Langsa Field, offshore Sumatra, Indonesia. The L-3 well has recommenced production and is presently producing at a rate of 2,200 barrels of oil per day with no water. Magellan holds a 10% interest.

926 PRODUCTION COMMENCES
Magellan announced that the first production of gas and condensate has begun at Mustang Island 926 field. The Magellan Mustang Island well #1 sidetrack tested at a rate of 5 mmcfd and 174 barrels of condensate per day.

MAGELLAN CONTRACTS STAR ENGINEERING SERVICES
Magellan today contracted Star Engineering to perform design and installation work on the 926/921 production facilities. When complete, the facilities will have the capability to handle up to 15MMCFD of Gas and up to 1,000BOCPD.
